karenszetho: My Interest in Laughter Yoga started in Year 2000 after watching a featured program on Laughter Yoga on NatGeo. Laughing for No Reason immediately fascinated and intrigued me. However, it was not until September 2007, when Dr Madan Katatria, founder of the Laughter Yoga Movement came to Kuala Lumpur, was I able to understand some more about the concept. I was able to bring laughter to a few people, but I needed a deeper understanding of the benefits of Laughter Yoga. So, in January 2010, I journeyed to Bangalore, India to attend Dr. Kataria's training course and in the process became a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher.
