Laughter Yoga at EMR Academy 8th August 2010
FATT, fatt, ..today is 8th August, must be an auspicious day for I successfully conducted my first public workshop in EMR Academy in Kajang. 40+ participants were there to find out what LY is and to experience the wonderful and happy effect of Laughing OUT Loud. Conducting the workshop in Cantonese was a first for me, but it was fun as well as I unintentionally mispronounced some of the words and drew bouts of laughter from the participants.

Laughter Yoga at Toastmaster's Officer Installation
A Laughter Session was conducted at the invitation of the incoming President of IEM Toastmaster's Club. It was held at the Royal Selangor Club at Dataran Merdeka. There were more than 30 toastmasters and many of them had never heard of LY. After a short explanation of LY, a session was conducted for 15 mins. Many amazed themselves for being able to laugh the way they did. Some commented that they have not laughed so heartily for a long time. A great laughing session, wonderful to see all happy and laughing and helped make the event kicked off with much mirth and happiness.
