Laughter Yoga Workshop with LonPac Insurance Executives at Sepang Gold Coast

 This year  LonPac Insurance Bhd decided to have a very different workshop for its executive staff 's year end retreat.  The workshop was held in the new Bali-like  Golden Palm Tree on 4th December. The staff was kept in the dark about the nature of the workshop until they sat down and the CEO introduced me as the facilitator.  None of them heard about Laughter Yoga.  The young executives participated enthusiastically, laughing the year's quota in 1 day.  Whoaaa!!!  I love to bring joy, relaxation and calm  to stressful people through laughter at the end of the day
