When we laugh — we are exercising your internal organs, and by laughing 10-15 minutes a day — you are on your way to a healthy and stress free living. She said,’10 mins is equivalent to 30 mins jogging.” Definitely a great exercise to lose weight and achieving a greater vitality in life. By laughing your brains will release endorphins which gives you a sense of joy and happiness.
